Welcome to the Women's Fund of New Hampshire
The Women's Fund of New Hampshire fuels positive change in our communities by supporting the most innovative and promising solutions to the issues facing women and girls today. We know that when women and girls prosper, entire communities succeed. Our mission is to encourage philanthropy among women and girls, improve the lives of women and girls through social change grantmaking, and educate the community about the potential of women and girls.
$60,239 Awarded in Grants by the Women’s Fund!
The Women’s Fund has awarded $60,239 in our second granting session of 2008 to sixteen organizations throughout the state that impact the lives of women and girls. For this grant round the Women’s Fund received double the number of applications from other years requesting over $300,000 in funding. The climate of uncertainty over the economy and rising cost of operating overall seem to be fueling the increase in grant seekers. We are most grateful to all our donors whose generous giving has enabled us to increase the number of grants we awarded this session to help meet that need.

Our next grant application deadline is January 2009. Please go to our Grant Guidelines page for information on applying for a Women's Fund grant.
