Commission on the Status of Women
First Stop is a comprehensive directory of New Hampshire services. It provides hundreds of organizations that can assist women and families.

League of Women Voters
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan, political organization that encourages the informed and actice participation of citizens in government. The LWV works to provide voter services helping to register voters and associated activities and also studies and advocates positions. The LWV New Hampshire has developed a number of positions and they lobby on national and state issues in the Capitol. Local leagues (in the Kearsarge/Sunapee area, the Upper Valley, the Greater Capital Area, Pelham, the Manchester area, and Portsmouth area work to address issues they have studied in the cities and towns they serve.

Women's Rural Entrepreneurial Network
WREN provides women and girls from the North Country with opportunities to explore entrepreneurship. http://www.wrencommunity.org/shop/shopatwren.php has products for sale by women and girls who participate in the WREN program.

Kip Tiernan Social Justice Fellowship

Rosie's Place offers a $40,000 stipend to a woman who will use the funds to develop and carry out an innovative project that will benefit poor and homeless women in New England. Monthly Walk-In Immunization Clinics
Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association offers montly walk-in Immunization Clinics for all ages. Immunization Clinics are held the first Monday of each month from 1 pm to 3 pm and the third Turesday of each month from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The clinics are held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Outreach Center, 21 Centre Street, Concord, Child immunizations are $5 (requested) per visit while adult cost vary. Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies
There are 10 CCRRA agencies throughout the state that provide free referrals to families seeking child care (including school age programs, summer programs, family child care, etc.) They also recruit providers and offer various trainings throughout our catchment area. WiseupWomen.org
This is a free online financial curriculum which anyone can avail themselves to. There are 8 modules that work comletely independently of each other. The public may sign up through the Web site. Mentors can also be accessed throughout the country.

Gem-Nursing.org
For young girls and boys ages 15-21 who are interested in pursuing a career in the nursing field.

BonnieCLAC.org
Bonnie CLAC is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping to make buying a car simpler and more affordable for people from all walks of life. Bonnie CLAC helps its clients build creditworthiness, if necessary, and provides temporary transportation if they need time in our program to qualify for a new car loan. They negotiate with the dealers, so that their clients don't have to. Bonnie CLAC uses its expertise to help its clients get a fair deal and make the best possible transportation choices for their individual circumstances.
